We are looking for a Growth Manager (B2B) with a strong focus on performance marketing, acquisition, and data-driven growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution across paid media, funnels, and conversion optimization.
You will be responsible for designing and scaling acquisition strategies, optimizing end-to-end performance across channels, and driving measurable business growth through experimentation and continuous improvement.
What you will do
Define and execute B2B growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, and revenue
Own and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Paid Social, SEO/SEA)
Build and improve full-funnel performance: landing pages, conversion flows, and user journeys
Monitor key KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV) and drive continuous optimization
Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates across all acquisition channels
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
Implement tracking, analytics, and reporting frameworks (GA4, GTM, dashboards)
Identify new growth opportunities and scale high-performing channels
What we are looking for
3–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition, or performance marketing
Strong expertise in paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Mandatory proficiency in HubSpot
Proven ability to manage and optimize funnels and conversion performance
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data, tracking, and performance analysis
Comfortable working in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments is a strong plus
English level: C1/C2 or bilingual (mandatory)
