Onoff build innovative communication services used by individuals and businesses across multiple

markets, combining telecom infrastructure with the flexibility of modern software.

As Onoff continues to expand its telecom capabilities and international footprint, we are looking for

a Product Manager Messaging & Data to help shape, scale, and optimize our messaging and

connectivity services.

The role

Messaging and mobile connectivity are core pillars of the Onoff experience.

As Product Manager Messaging & Data, you will own the performance, evolution, and operational

excellence of our messaging and data services, including SMS, RCS, and mobile connectivity.

You will coordinate telecom providers, aggregators, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to

ensure customers can communicate and stay connected with the highest possible quality of service.

This role combines product thinking, telecom operations, partner management, and business

ownership.

You will start with strong operational responsibilities and progressively grow into a strategic

product leadership role.

This role can be based in Paris (France), Tallinn (Estonia), or Bucharest (Romania)

What you'll do

Messaging Services

• Monitor and improve SMS and messaging service performance.

• Coordinate service providers, aggregators, and telecom partners.

• Contribute to routing, deliverability, and quality optimization.

• Support the deployment and evolution of RCS services.

• Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Mobile Connectivity

• Monitor mobile data service performance and customer experience.

• Work with telecom partners to improve connectivity quality.

• Contribute to future mobile network evolution initiatives.

Partner & Supplier Management

• Coordinate with telecom operators, aggregators, and technology providers.• Participate in commercial discussions and service reviews.

• Support cost optimization and business performance initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations

teams.

• Ensure telecom services evolve efficiently and reliably.

• Support regulatory and compliance-related activities.

Product & Innovation

• Follow telecom industry trends and technology evolutions.

• Contribute to Onoff's messaging and connectivity roadmap.

• Help shape the future of RCS, mobile messaging, and next-generation communication

services.

What we're looking for

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in telecom, telecom product management, telecom operations,

messaging, connectivity, or carrier environments.

• Experience working with operators, MVNOs, MVNEs, CPaaS providers, or messaging

platforms.

• Exposure to SMS, messaging ecosystems, telecom infrastructure, or mobile services.

Skills

• Strong analytical and coordination capabilities.

• Ability to understand both technical and business challenges.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Interest in telecom technologies and customer experience.

• Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of costs and performance drivers.

• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Languages

• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SMS ecosystems, A2P/P2P messaging, or mobile connectivity services.

• Exposure to RCS and next-generation messaging technologies.

• Experience in MVNO, telecom, or CPaaS environments.

• Understanding of roaming or mobile core network concepts.
