Senior Growth Manager (B2C Apps & Digital Acquisition)
Growth B2C mobile: acquisition multi-canal (paid, orga, ASO), optimisation funnels & A/B tests, focus CAC/activation, scale users, data-driven, hands-on builder, report founder
Your mission
You'll own digital acquisition across our consumer products.
Your objective is straightforward:
Generate qualified users at scale while continuously improving acquisition efficiency.
You'll work across web acquisition, mobile app distribution, App Store Optimization, Google Play, Apple App Store, landing pages, referral loops, partnerships and every acquisition channel that can generate measurable growth.
This is a highly hands-on role.
You'll report directly to our founder and work alongside Product, Design, CRM, Data and Engineering teams to transform ideas into measurable growth.
What you'll do
Own user acquisition strategy across all consumer products
Scale paid and organic acquisition channels
Improve App Store and Google Play visibility (ASO)
Increase website traffic and conversion rates
Design and launch growth experiments every week
Optimize onboarding funnels
Improve activation and conversion metrics
Launch referral and viral acquisition initiatives
Identify new acquisition opportunities before competitors
Build dashboards and monitor acquisition KPIs
Work closely with Product teams to improve conversion through product improvements
Coordinate with CRM to maximize lifecycle performance
Constantly test new ideas using rapid experimentation
What we're looking for
You probably have:
5+ years in Growth Marketing or Growth Management
Strong experience growing mobile applications
Strong knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)
Experience managing acquisition across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads and other digital channels
Excellent understanding of performance marketing
Strong analytical mindset
Experience with A/B testing
Ability to prioritize quickly
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Curious about AI and automation
Entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable challenging assumptions with data
Most importantly: You're a builder. You don't wait for instructions. You identify opportunities and execute.
Nice to have
Subscription business experience
SaaS or mobile app background
International growth experience
Experience launching consumer products globally
Knowledge of attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch...)
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools
